Property was in a perfect location, with excellent view of Bhurj Khalifa.from the balcony. Rooms were clean and comfort Positive: The location was awesome. The bhurj Khalifa view was worth the money Negative: NA

حزنت على اجازتي جداً توقعت المكان افضل.كل شي سيء جداً Positive: لا شي لاتوجد اطلاله ولا شي ولا يوجد مصداقيه نهائي Negative: لم اجد احد يساعدني لحمل الامتعه لم اجد المكان نظيف كما يجب المكان ضوضاء وبجانبنا بناء انتظرنا طويلاً لدخول مع اني ارسلت لمكان الاقامه الدخول بوقت مبكر كما يفعل اغلب الفنادق

Wonderful apartment, but please remove “fountain view” from Booking.com, as it only has a full Burj Khalifa view without Positive: Really new property with wonderful decoration and style, offering a full Burj Khalifa view. However, the area is quite busy. Negative: Our booking was for a Burj Khalifa and Fountain View, but unfortunately, there was no fountain view at all during our stay. Additionally, it has been over a week, and we still haven’t received our refund of AED 1,030 along with the AED 200 compensation that was promised.

Absolutely SHIT! Positive: The location cause I have stayed in thesame building before but do NOT RENT FROM SKY Serenity!! The apartment was dirty I had to inform them only after that did they send a team to clean up on our second day Negative: Very corny and dodgy! I have being to the UAE 5 times this trip been the 6th I have never not once being asked to pay for a deposit! These people asked and coerced me for a deposit convinced me that they will refund immediately after my check out guess what it’s being a week of me chasing messaging and begging. Every time I text them they promise they will process it that day
