Apesar dos problemas a vista é incrível Positive: Localização é excelente Negative: Limpeza e manutenção deixaram a desejar. Tivemos que conviver durante toda estadia com uma goteira no teto banheiro social que impedia o uso do mesmo. Éramos 4 pessoas no apto e isso causou desconforto. O apto tem muito potencial mas precisa de pintura nas paredes e pequenos consertos

Positive: Lokalizacja. Negative: Obiekt z pewnością nie jest luksusowy, jak wynika z opisu. Ściany są brudne, sprzęty mocno zużyte. Nie jest też czysto. Podłogi były brudne, lepiące. Łazienki również nie były wyczyszczone. Oczekiwałam wyższego standardu.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, and a wonderful overall experience. Positive: The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect with amazing Burj Khalifa and fountain views. Everything was well equipped and the amenities like the gym, pool, parking, and Wi-Fi were very convenient. Overall, a great stay. Negative: Nothing major, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
