Positive: الاطلالة فقط Negative: الأثاث قديم ومستهلك وغير نظيف كذلك كان الحجز عبر بوكينق وعند الوصول تفاجأت التعامل كان مع عامل الشركة ورقم واتس آب كان التسديد عبر رابط بالواتس والدعم الفني كذلك واعتبر الشي هذا غير مريح وغير آمن ولا يوجد خدمة بتاتا حتى خدمة تحميل الشنط او نقلها للشقة

Positive: We stayed at Skyline Serenity as a group of 7, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-organized, giving everyone enough room to relax comfortably. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around Dubai. What really made our stay special was the amazing hospitality — the team was responsive, professional, and very supportive throughout our stay, making the whole process smooth and stress-free for a big group. It’s not easy to find a place in Dubai that comfortably accommodates a large group, but Skyline Serenity did it perfectly. We all felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. A perfect Dubai stay with breathtaking Burj Khalifa views, unmatched comfort, and exceptional hospitality. Positive: Our recent trip to Dubai was absolutely wonderful, and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Every room and the balcony offered a stunning, uninterrupted view of the Burj Khalifa, which truly made the stay special. Being able to experience the fountain and laser shows directly from the apartment was a surreal and memorable experience. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the ease of access to nearby attractions. Skyline Serenity did a fantastic job as hosts, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay throughout.
