Negative: Окна одной спальни выходят на стройку, в течение дня балкон лучше не открывать, очень шумно.

Positive: Excellent location close to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Comfortable for a family of 5.
Negative: Dryer was difficult to open at times. Not many restaurants or supermarkets directly around the property
