Bel appartement Positive: Le mobilier, la situation géographique à 2 pas du Burj et du Mall, 10 mn max a pieds, appartement spacieux, la salle de sport.

اقامه جيده Positive: - موقع رااائع باطلاله مباشره على النوافير وبرج خليفه من البلكونه - موقف خاص للسياره في الدور B2 - نظيفه - تواصل مباشر عن طريق الواتساب واستجابه سريعه في كل مره Negative: - اجراءات تسجيل الوصول اخذت وقت طويل بسبب انشغال المسؤول مع زبائن آخرين في مبنى آخر مع العلم ان فيه تواصل مباشر من وقت الوصول للمطار - كان فيه مشكله في النت تم حلها سريعا لكن من الافضل التأكد من كل شي قبل تأجير الشقه - الحمام اللي عند المدخل كان فيه مشكله في تصريف الكرسي ولم يتم استخدامه طوال فتره الاقامه بعدها

Positive: The location and view The apartment is beautiful The pool and gym are great Negative: No reception services!!! No reception services!!! No reception services!!! This is our third time in Dubai. I learned from this stay about an issue that needs attention when booking an apartment in Dubai or anywhere else —reception services. This is a beautiful apartment in a residential building. This is not a hotel apartment like... It is managed remotely by a management company. This means that if there’s an issue—any issue— you need to report through WhatsApp to the management company and hope something happens... If there’s a problem—good luck finding a solution... We had three issues that bothered us— 1. There was only one key to the apartment. It’s impossible to manage with just one key when you are 7 people, some leaving early in the morning, some sleeping. 2. There was a clog in one of the bathrooms. 3. The parking card didn’t work. All three are easy to fix, but every time I was told they’re being addressed, and nothing was done. Very frustrating. It greatly affected our enjoyment of the apartment. In short, I do not recommend renting an apartment without a proper reception with available staff. You can easily check this on Booking.com under “property facilities.” It’s not enough that the apartment is beautiful, Service is just as important, if not more!
