Of all the properties I tried in Dubai, this one was the best of all and I would definitely return to it and highly reco Positive: The property is very suitable for medium to large family size with complete comfort. It feels like home and very well equipped with necessary appliances. Negative: Everything is good nothing to dislike.

Positive: الإطلالة والموقع Negative: تجربتي مع هذه الشقة كانت سيئة جدًا. منذ البداية، كانت رائحتها كريهة ومزعجة، والمكيف بالكاد يشتغل في عز الصيف، مما جعل الإقامة غير مريحة على الإطلاق. تعامل صاحب الشقة كان سيء وغير محترم، وبعد دفعي مبلغ التأمين (1030 درهم) رفض إرجاعه بدون أي مبرر واضح. تم الاتفاق مع الوسيط على الخروج من الشقة الساعة 5 مساءً وتمت الموافقة، لكن للأسف بعد استلام المبلغ غيّر كلامه وتراجع عن الاتفاق. الإطلالة والموقع جيدان فقط، لكن لا يغنيان عن سوء الخدمة وسوء الأمانة.

It was a lovely stay still, with my work colleagues Positive: Property is huge, complete amenities (except room slippers) The view of burj khalifa is perfect. Negative: The bed on the main room is too low and hard like a spring. My 2 yr old baby fell off the bed when she jumped. But the other parts of the house are fine.
