Positive: قربه من برج خليفه تقريبا حوالي 5 دقائق بالسياره
Negative: الغرف صغيره وكذلك لا يقبلون الوديعه الا عن طريق البطاقه يعني مايخذون كاش وعلى ذلك يتأخرون في ارجاع مبلغ الوديعه الى البطاقه حوالي 7 ايام

Skyline treated me as a customer.. I want my money back they took my money without legal justificati
Positive: I am very upset with the way the hotel management dealt with me, specifically Skyline.. 1- I left the hotel on 21/7/2025 at 12:00. They said that they would refund the security deposit of 1030 dirhams to me within 7 working days. Unfortunately, they ignored refunding the amount. I contacted them and they promised again to work on it. Until today, they have not refunded the amount. I reviewed the bank every day and also yesterday. Unfortunately, they did not transfer the amount. This is considered theft of the customer’s money and inappropriate behavior from them.............2- Even when I left I didn't find a luggage cart to carry my things. I spoke to the receptionist and he said this is Skyline's responsibility. I contacted Skyline and they said this is not our responsibility. I contacted the receptionist. Unfortunately, the customer has to wait until Skyline responds. They don't respond directly. Unfortunately, I didn't get the luggage cart until after screaming. I found a Saudi resident there who was very upset as well....-3-It was a bad experience with Skyline and I am sure there are others who are as upset as me with their services.. Please when I book through Booking.com all hotels refund the deposit within 72 hours and sometimes 5 working days... Unfortunately Skyline until today they are still withholding the deposit amount. This is theft. I want my deposit back as soon as possible. They said that they transferred the amount and said to check with the bank. I swear that I checked with the bank and no amount has arrived..4-You have all the WhatsApp conversations. My family cleaned and arranged their rooms before leaving, and we consider this our duty. Skyline thanked us for that. After all this, do they treat me in this unprofessional manner that does not express respect for the customer?
