Not clean and bad furniture Positive: The apartment was not clean, and the furniture was old. The air conditioner is not cooling properly. There are insects in the apartment, and when I requested cleaning, they said they could provide “Biff” and “Baf” (spray) to spray the apartment and that we must leave the apartment for more than 4 hours. There is no cleaning service, even though we stayed for 4 nights. We requested to have the apartment changed, but it was not done on the grounds that there is no other available apartment Negative: Its location was good

Negative: Whatever that is advertised on booking.Com it’s not what is given. We paid for 4 bedrooms and ended up with 3 . Once they receive payment they cut off communication .
