Frustrated Positive: Great location, very close and walking distance to Dubai Mall Appartment was very clean. Negative: Apartment 1510 was advertised as having TVs in every room, but none of them worked properly. The main bedroom TV had a cracked screen, so only half the picture was visible. The TVs in the spare bedroom and living room wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. The router stopped working completely on day two. Basic amenities like a toaster and hair dryer were also missing. I was travelling with my 87-year-old mother, who just wanted to relax in her room and watch TV, but instead I spent my holiday chasing the management team to fix things. I was promised solutions, but nothing happened. What made me even angrier was that on the day I was leaving, they asked me to give them a 10/10 rating. They also claimed the previous guest may have broken the TV without telling them — but my gut tells me this is just a script they use to fob off unhappy customers. Beware
