Buena ubicación, pero muy mala atención del personal. Positive: La ubicación muy buena y la piscina. Negative: La atención del personal, exigen muchos pero no ofrecen nada. El check in se demoró, siendo que habíamos pedido el favor de poder entrar antes, y el apartamento está ya preparado, y llegaron más tarde del horario. Luego el depósito demoraron en reembolsar siendo que se debe de reembolsar en mismo día del check out, no 7-10 días después. La atención por WhatsApp es muy mala. Te cobran por el servicio de limpieza 500 AED, el valor de dos noches y luego te piden que saques la basura y dejes el apartamento en condiciones, por ese valor de limpieza, ni los platos limpio dejo.

I liked absolutely everything about my stay Positive: I liked absolutely everything about my stay! The apartment matched the description perfectly, and the location is excellent with great views. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was exactly what I expected and more! Negative: The only downside was the payment issue, the property was not able to accept my credit card. Apart from that, everything was great!

Best hotel apartment! we stayed for one night on the 63 floor with amazing views. overlooking the skyline and sea view and the apartment was elegant, very clean and very comfortable, also the swimming Pool area was amazing with burj khalifa view. service was also excellent thanks to Mr. singh and your team. This is strongly recommended 10/10
